Women’s health within HCI has been developing in the last couple of years, mainly focusing on the reproductive system and maternity. There are not many previous design projects that have taken the responsibility to design for women with endometriosis. This project aims to support women with endometriosis through developing a visual display tool within a menstrual tracking app, that will provide women with the possibility to keep track of their symptoms and their progression. To raise awareness and support women with endometriosis this project used the Double Diamond approach with a focus on literary research, semi-structured interviews, and usability testing.
